A new free instructional video has been released by Blue Chip Options (http://www.bluechipoptions.com) which teaches day traders how to "think like a fruit vendor". Floyd Epstein, lead trading instructor for Blue Chip Options and OEX Options loves to try various methods to get subscribers and readers to better understand how to trade stocks and options. In the video Epstein starts off, "Most people think stock trading is a science, it's actually much like a retail business."

The video is posted on the home page of the Blue Chip Options home page where other free information is also available. The site offers Free Weekly Dow Projections as well as Free Signals and Market Commentary every week. For daily market updates and signals, as well as late breaking updates via Twitter, readers are encouraged to become subscribers of their Preferred Blue Chip Service.

In the Fruit Vendor video, Epstein makes a strong case for treating day traded stocks and options like fruit inventory. "Every morning you buy the best fruit you can, you try to sell it that day for the top price. If you hold the fruit over night, you know there will be some loss, some spoilage. And as the fruit ages, you know that it will lose much of it's value."

When asked what type of training to expect next, Epstein said, "Point and Figure Charting, it's a key building block to learn and to use to be a successful stock and option trader." Watch for the Point and Figure Charting video series to be released next month.

Blue Chip Options and OEX Options (http://www.oexoptions.com) are top picks by readers of Stocks and Commodities Magazine for their various stock and option training subscriptions as well as the free information they provide.

A 30 day free trial is offered to traders training at oexoptions.com, bluechipoptions sister site.
