Keith Krach Appointed to Retail Solutions Board

The addition of such a distinguished member to Retail Solutions' Board of Directors ensures the company will continue to benefit from a diversity of experience and opinions.

Retail Solutions Inc., the leading solution provider helping consumer product goods (CPG) companies create value with retailer data, today announced the appointment of Keith Krach to its Board of Directors.

Keith Krach is currently the CEO of 3Points, Inc., an investment holding company based in Los Gatos, CA. Krach co-founded Ariba in 1996, and under his leadership as CEO, Ariba rapidly grew to become the dominant global player in the B2B e-commerce industry. In 2000, Krach was honored for his accomplishments in e-business with the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur of the Year award and the Technology Pioneer Award from the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. Prior to this, during his 10 years with GM, Krach was named GM's youngest-ever vice president and spearheaded GM's first Japanese joint venture, GMF Robotics.

Krach is the current Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Purdue University. He has also lectured at Harvard, Stanford, Berkeley and IMD in Switzerland, and is committed to numerous philanthropic endeavors, including co-founding the Children's Autistic Network and serving on the Board of Governors for Opportunity International, the largest issuer of micro loans in the world. Krach holds a BS degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Harvard University.
