McCarthy's responsibilities include customer enablement, training, product support and consulting services for organizations of all sizes. He brings nearly 20 years of experience and a proven track record of developing and managing world-class client services programs within the enterprise software industry.

Previously, he was the Enterprise Consulting leader at Adobe Systems and Director of Client Services at Oblix. He has also held senior positions at A.T. Kearney and Morgan Stanley & Company. McCarthy holds a B.A. in Economics from Wesleyan University and an M.B.A. from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
