Bournemouth based digital marketing agency Refreshed Media, in conjunction with Complete Cruise Solution (CCS) scooped the Trade-Facing Website Of The Year Award, at the prestigious Travel Trade Gazette (TTG) awards ceremony for its work on the Complete Cruise Solution website.

Bournemouth based digital marketing agency Refreshed Media, in conjunction with Complete Cruise Solution (CCS) scooped the Trade-Facing Website Of The Year Award, at the prestigious Travel Trade Gazette (TTG) awards ceremony for its work on the Complete Cruise Solution website.

The website - completecruisesolution.com was launched in December 2008 and proved to be an instant success with travel agents, delivering a single online aid to provide sales and marketing support for the four premier CCS cruise brands - P&O Cruises, Cunard, Princess Cruises and Ocean Village. Around 14,000 agents have since enrolled and the site now attracts an average of 300,000 page views a month, making it an essential sales tool for the company.

The site was short-listed with several other well known travel companies including Virgin Holidays, Kuoni and Dubai Tourism. But the unique interactive resources featured including the very latest information on last minute deals and pricing, an image and video download library, point of sale ordering system and a personalised poster creation tool ensured CCS came out top.
