Sixt rent a car have launched a number of key improvements to their branch location pages offering customers a variety of useful information about each rental branch.

Car and van hire are extremely competitive online so our new branch pages will help Sixt to stand out by offering honest and reliable information to help our customers. The pages act as a channel for branch staff to pass on information to customers based on their experience of dealing with previous customers, whilst encouraging interaction from customer via Twitter.

Sixt rent a car have launched a number of key improvements to their branch location pages offering customers a variety of useful information about each rental branch.

Customers looking to hire a car or van from any of the 155 UK locations can now find reviews from previous customers and information about the branch's location and local attractions. Each page also includes details about the branch manager, local news and blog posts related to the branch and the surrounding area.

The new improved features have been designed to offer comprehensive information to customers before they make a reservation. Clear directions and Google Maps are available to aid customers with finding the branch.

Information about the local area and attractions offers an introduction for customers that may not have previously visited the region. The pages also advise customers of practical information about their rental location, for example customers reserving car hire at Heathrow Airport can find information about the correct bus stops to use to be taken to the branch.

The new pages encourage interaction between customers and Sixt with a live Twitter feed highlighting the latest offers and replies to renters queries. Branch news and blog posts are also available offering an insight into the day to day running of a rental location along with useful hints and tips from experienced branch staff.

The first of the format branch pages went live at the beginning of October and the initial reaction from customers has been positive. Further developments are already in the pipeline to ensure that Sixt customers continue to enjoy a stress-free vehicle hire experience.
