WARE Pioneers Customer Interaction with New Web Portal

WARE, a leader in boilers and chillers, announced today it launched a new secure online portal for WARE CARE customers to simplify boiler equipment data management. Through the password protected portal, billing and quoting information is readily available along with information not previously accessible by the customer, like repairs and the parts used. With over 1,000 customers annually, the new portal will assist WARE to provide faster and more efficient service in the future.

Through the password protected portal, billing and quoting information is readily available along with information not previously accessible by the customer, like repairs and the parts used. With over 1,000 customers annually, the new portal will assist WARE to provide faster and more efficient service in the future.

"The site will hold equipment information, serial numbers, sizes and all of the information we need when a boiler repair needs to occur," said Gerald Blain, director of sales for WARE. "Having this information one click away will facilitate faster service to the customer because we will know a lot more about their equipment immediately and we will be more ready to serve them."

The portal will provide valuable information such as certificates, serial numbers, boiler repair and parts replacement history to customers and WARE technicians in one convenient location. It will also provide a scheduling tool in order to remind customers of necessary boiler maintenance and inspections.

Proactive gathering of customer equipment information and service feedback began in August for all WARE customers with preventative maintenance contracts. WARE will continue updating the web portal with new information as an ongoing project to further meet customer needs.
