eReplacementParts.com has responded to its growth with the addition of several new product lines, expanding the support of their tool and machine parts services to a broader customer base. Although dedicated to product expansion, this Utah based tool parts company also recognizes the need to stay current with existing manufacturer product lines that continue to grow. One such manufacturer is Makita, with a dozen or more press releases for new product lines this year alone.

Although replacement parts orders are not expected for some time with new products, eReplacementParts.com is staying a step ahead of customer demand by constantly adding newly-launched tools to their inventory and website, complete with up-to-date tool breakdown diagrams. For example, Makita parts are currently available on eReplacementParts.com for the Makita BTD144 18V Brushless Impact Driver, recently launched in June of this year. "As repair and parts replacement issues begin to surface for new tool and machine products, we want our customers to have the resources they need already in place on our site," said company owner, David Fairbanks.

As part of its effort to make more tool repair and parts replacement resources available to its customers, eReplacementParts.com also offers a new discussion feature to site users. Customers can post advice, questions, and reviews on in individual tool pages. For new tools like the Makita BTD144, this will allow customers to "write the book" (so to speak) on a tool's developing performance reputation and give each other a heads up on repair tips and service matters.

This discussion feature has already received hundreds of approved postings on Makita products alone since going live in July, 2009, with nearly twice as many postings for the companies leading seller, DeWALT. Another useful site feature that customers at eRepleacementParts.com have come to expect and depend on.
