Hotel Acquisition Corporation, announces today its intent to purchase the Monmouth Executive Airport located in Wall Township from the Wall Herald Corp., the Brown Estate and Allaire Development, LLC.

Hotel Acquisition Corporation, announces today its intent to purchase the Monmouth Executive Airport located in Wall Township from the Wall Herald Corp., the Brown Estate and Allaire Development, LLC.

"Our plans are to redevelop the 700+ acre, multi-building, general aviation airport. We believe that the airport is of economic and historic significance to the greater Monmouth region and we intend for it to remain an airport now and in the future. The airport is 70 years old and in need of improvements to bring it up to current general aviation standards. A hotel and conference center is included in the plans for the airport property along Route 34." said Bill Frees, a partner in the development group.

HAC is committed to bringing Monmouth Executive Airport up to current General Aviation standards. The improvements will reveal its purpose as a destination, gateway and powerful symbol of the Monmouth County region. "It is our vision to operate the new Monmouth Executive Airport as a general aviation facility servicing helicopter, small aircraft and light business jets." H.A.C is represented by Roger J.
