Hagel & Company has announced they will be attending and presenting at the Washington Community Mental Health Council Administrative Services Division (ASD) annual fall conference, October 28-30, 2009.

Presenting on behalf of Hagel & Company will be Kelly Jo Drllevich, who will be discussing Performance Management Systems as tools for meeting The Joint Commission accreditation standards for employee competencies. Drllevich is a frequent speaker on HR and performance management topics, most recently at a Sage Abra User's Conference which Hagel & Company sponsored in August of 2009.

The Administrative Services Division (ASD) of the Washington Community Mental Health Council has presented regular conferences since 1987. This year's fall conference is designed to provide information on new developments for those working finance, billing, information systems, human resources, and other areas of administrative support. The highlights this year include guest speaker Tony Ventrella, a speaker with 28 years of television, radio and theater experience with a positive message that connects with men and women of all ages, and a demonstration of Mindstorm, a 3-D, virtual reality simulator, which was designed to provide mental health professionals, physicians, law enforcement officials and patients' families with an experience similar to that of their mentally ill patients.

The three day event will be held at the Icicle Inn in Leavenworth, Washington.
