Boykin IV as its new Vice President and General Manager of Federal Solutions. Mr. Boykin will be responsible for leadership and growth of Windward's federal government practice, including business development, marketing, and acquisition functions. He brings a wide-ranging background in operations management, business development, government contract management, and commercial financial operations to our government clients.

Prior to joining Windward, Mr. Boykin spent six years with STG, Incorporated, serving as Vice President & General Manager of their State Department operations group, Deputy General Manager of the Civil Agencies operations sector, and most recently as Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development. Prior to STG he served NCI Information Systems as a program manager, operations director, Vice President, Army Operations and finally as Deputy General Manager of their Defense group.
Mr. Boykin holds a BS in Personnel Administration from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management and an MBA in Organizational Development from Webster University. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a retired U.S. Army officer.
