The new Tiger Series provides drop-in mounting capability for the popular Semikron SKiM® 63 and SKiM® 93 power modules along with other industry standard module footprints. This eliminates the need for time-intensive designing and testing. Every Tiger Series cold plate is a proven design with predictable performance, providing very low thermal resistance, low pressure drop, and a robust and reliable metallurgical seal. With this technology, every designer can rest assured that his thermal management solution will meet even the most demanding requirements.

The Tiger Series provides the lowest thermal resistance and pressure drop in the market. With an effective cooling capacity of up to 0.85 C-cm2/W, designers will be pleased with the smaller, lightweight cold plates. From a hydraulic perspective, the low pressure drop (less than 2 PSI at 8 Liters/minute of flow rate) enables a lower pressure pump requirement. All of these features are made possible with MaxQ Technology's patent pending Q-Chill™ technology. The Tiger Series cold plate size is driven by the module footprint rather than the cold plate cooling limitations.
