Her book, New Menopausal Years, the Wise Woman Way, published in 1992 and updated in 2002, pioneered the use of herbs for menopause, years before Hormone Replacement Therapy was found to cause heart disease and cancer. She is the founder of the Wise Woman Way Center in Woodstock, New York where she teaches classes and workshops on herbal medicine.
