Iconic boy's clothing brand, Joe Bloggs are to sponsor a team of 12 Elite young skateboarders to encourage them to take their skills to the next level.

We aim to represent the unrepresented, the unsigned and anyone who loves to skate. It is only by supporting young riders that we can produce the next champion skater, someone like Ross McGouran. Joe Bloggs is an iconic brand, having them on board as sponsors of the team will no doubt attract more young people to get involved and take their skills to the next level.

Boyswear specialists, Joe Bloggs Clothing, proves its street credentials by sponsoring a grassroots UK skateboarding team, continuing its support of young UK sporting talent, helping them to take their skills to the next level.

The legendary clothing brand is joining forces with Ministry of Sk8, a UK based skateboard and online networking portal for young skate enthusiasts. The website is the first of its kind to offer a skateboard ranking engine for skaters of all ages, meaning that amateur skateboarders can compete with other enthusiasts across the country, with the hope of raising their profile and gaining sponsorship.

The best skaters will earn a place in Team Joe Bloggs, an elite group of 12 riders who will receive sponsorship from the brand, compete in skateboarding competitions and showcase their skills at events.

Skaters hoping to win a place on Team Joe Bloggs must be aged between 10 and 16.
