When and how do you evaluate your fundraising program? What should you measure? Why should you assess your development program? Who should be involved? Linda Lysakowski will discuss the who, what, when, where, why of a development audit, including standards against which to measure your program.

Linda Lysakowski, ACFRE, founder and President/CEO of Capital Venture is one of fewer than 100 people worldwide to hold the coveted Advanced Certified Fund Raising Executive designation. Linda is an internationally recognized speaker and author, and has trained more than 12,000 people in her career of more than 20 years in the field of nonprofits.

Carol Bruce-Fritz is a strategic and seasoned professional with over 26 years experience. A visionary leader in nonprofits throughout the West, she has been recognized for her ability to guide organizations through the strategic planning process, maximize brand identity, and foster and encourage philanthropy.

During her distinguished public sector career, Carol Bruce-Fritz has held senior positions with the American Cancer Society and United Way and was the executive director of the Catamount Institute and Southwest Writers Workshop.
