ESO Solutions, an industry leader in total software solutions for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Fire, announced that the assets and operations of its Billing Services Division have been acquired by Indermedix Corporation. The move will enable the company to concentrate solely on the ongoing development and distribution of industry-leading software solutions for EMS and Fire.

ESO will continue to provide its medic-friendly, cost-effective electronic patient care reporting (ePCR) software to EMS and Fire organizations nationwide. Intermedix will deliver EMS billing services to ESO clients in Texas, Arizona, California, Missouri, New Mexico, South Carolina, Washington and Wisconsin.
