Independent Industry Survey Shows that IntApp Dominates Law Firm Confidentiality Management

IntApp, Inc., the leading provider of risk management, time capture and integration software for the legal industry, today announced that an independent survey by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) of its membership shows Wall Builder to be the clear leader in confidentiality management software for law firms.

Law firms must closely manage and track internal access to client information for many reasons, including waiver-driven ethical screens, client outside counsel guidelines and regulatory compliance .

Wall Builder is a web-based confidentiality management application that enables organizations to centrally control, monitor and report on user access permissions across multiple applications including document management, accounting, portal, CRM, time entry and records management systems. It also automates notifications to individuals subject to specific policies and tracks acknowledgments for compliance purposes.

In September 2009, over 125 responses were collected in a survey conducted by the ILTA, the premier peer networking association for law firm technology professionals, with membership comprising over 1,150 organizations.Poll results show law firms choosing IntApp Wall Builder to manage and enforce confidentiality restrictions across their document management and other information repositories by a margin of nine-to-one over the next most used technology product:
