Rack Room Shoes Selects Dalcom for Managed Field Services

Dalcom Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce that Rack Room Shoes, a member of the Deichmann group, has awarded Dalcom with an exclusive, nationwide contract for the day-to-day, on-site field service maintenance for all of their 459 locations.

Dalcom has provided superior service for our stores and the personal touch not typically found in today's market place. We can focus on operating our stores knowing Dalcom will provide a consistent high level of service.

Dalcom Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce that Rack Room Shoes, a member of the Deichmann group, has awarded Dalcom with an exclusive, nationwide contract for the day-to-day, on-site field service maintenance for all of their 459 locations. Systems maintained include POS (Point of Sale), in store PCs and laser printers. In addition to maintenance, Dalcom will provide installation services, cabling, and Project Management.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Rack Room Shoes and their larger format store concept, Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, have been in business for over 85 years, and continue to expand its operations across the United States.
