HR consulting firm breaks new customer and sales records.

It has been a tough year for many companies and a lot of vendors in the HR and talent management space

Knowledge Infusion, a leading human resources consulting firm, today announces record results for the third quarter of 2009, breaking previous marks for new customers and sales bookings. Knowledge Infusion closes the third quarter with the largest number of new customers in a single quarter, and the highest sales numbers in a single quarter.

The third quarter 2009 represents a 100% increase in new customers over the third quarter 2008, and a 145% increase in sales bookings over the same period in 2008. This substantial growth shows more organizations are viewing workforce facing technologies as a true business imperative, and looking to Knowledge Infusion services to drive change and focus on business outcomes.

A partial list of new customers includes some of the world's leading organizations: Telecare Corporation, Petco, OSI Restaurant Partners (Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's, and Roy's), SONIC, Crossmark, and Guitar Center. In addition to new customers, add-on business by existing customers represents the largest portion of third quarter sales, showing continued partnerships and growing relationships.

Knowledge Infusion has seen a wide-range of service needs including strategic planning, technology audit and assessment, business case development, vendor selection, technology optimization, and advisory services across core HR, talent management, talent acquisition, talent intelligence, and social collaboration domains.

Knowledge Infusion was also recognized with major business accomplishments during Q3 of 2009 including being named to the Inc 500/5000 and the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Fast 50. Each of these awards are the most prestigious offered to private companies and recognize Knowledge Infusion as one of the fastest growing companies in America.

"It has been a tough year for many companies and a lot of vendors in the HR and talent management space," said Jason Averbook, CEO of Knowledge Infusion. "I am extremely proud that on the heels of the Inc 5000 announcement, we were able to close Q3 with record financials as we continue to provide valuable services to our clients. We are beginning to see an uptick in the industry and are excited that many HR organizations are no longer stagnant, but pushing forward with their strategic initiatives."

"Knowledge Infusion has done an amazing job of managing our business to meet the demands of this ever-changing economy," said Cassie Barajas, Chief Performance Officer at Knowledge Infusion. "We look at key performance indicators on a daily basis, just like we advise our clients, and have adjusted our people and processes as needed. Our Q3 results are a testament to our ability to attract new clients, provide the best service offerings in the industry, and build lasting relationships with existing clients."
