Bullhorn announces several strategic partnerships to advance the ecosystem for available solutions that complement Bullhorn's On Demand, integrated front office. Broadbean, M5, The Code Works and Virtual Software will make applications, fully integrated with Bullhorn, available by the end of Q4 2009. Bullhorn's partnership with The Code Works, and its new product VMS Express™ for Bullhorn, significantly reduces the time required to use vendor management systems (VMS) from Bullhorn's front office. VMS Express automates entering jobs into Bullhorn from multiple VMS systems, and minimizes the need for data entry of candidates into each VMS, while giving the recruiter complete control. VMS Express streamlines the VMS business process so that recruiters can spend their time on revenue-generating activities, not admin tasks.

Sourcing
Bullhorn is extending its capabilities to post jobs and track responses, globally, through its partnership with Broadbean. Through Broadbean, a Bullhorn client can click a "Post to Broadbean" button from a Bullhorn job record. The client will be re-directed to the Broadbean posting screen, where the form will already be populated with Bullhorn data, and the client can then select job boards.

Back Office
Bullhorn continues to expand its back office solutions, providing customers with the flexibility to choose the right back office to meet their needs. Virtual Software provides a unique set of web-based timesheet, billing and expense reporting solutions.
