Building Professionals Can Earn 16 BPI Continuing Education Units in Building Science Master Certification Class

The Building Performance Institute (BPI) - a nationally recognized provider of training, certification, accreditation and quality-assurance programs - has approved Advanced Energy's "Building Science Master Certification" course for 16 continuing education units (CEUs). The course is a great way to learn how time-tested principles of building science can actually help builders save money by reducing call-backs, while providing a higher quality, more environmentally responsible home than one built under conventional codes.

The class is open to all interested building professionals, and is one of several offered by Masco Home Services, Inc., and other training providers that assists participants in qualifying to become a representative for the Environments For Living® program. In addition to eligibility for BPI credits, participants can earn credits under the Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) program administered by the National Association of State Energy Officials and Energy Rated Homes of America.
