The first complimentary webinar, "Why Consider Total Rewards Optimization?" will be presented on November 10, 2009 at 1pm CDT. Ray Baumruk and Tim Glowa, both from Hewitt Associates Research and Insights Division, are scheduled to present this informative program. The webinar addresses the current issue many companies are facing: the challenge of increasing productivity and delivering more value to customers, while at the same time reducing the money spent on programs. The HR department is no different, since employees are the consumers of the benefit and reward programs. Optimizing a total rewards package means you have to extract more value from what you already spend and eliminate waste wherever it hides. This webinar will help answer questions such as:

What is the optimal reward structure for employees?
What are the key drivers of reward preferences, and how does this differ by segment?
How much of our reward spend is wasted on no-value and low-value items?
What are the key opportunities for change, and how might employees react if we did?

The second webinar, "What Makes an Organization a Best Employer?" is scheduled for December 10, 2009 at 1pm CDT. Ted Marusarz from Hewitt Associates and Sharon Parker from The Foresight Group will be the speakers. The webinar will address the question; how do organizations achieve long-term sustainability and focus their resources (including talent) most effectively to drive business success? Foresight's high performance normative benchmark data distinguishes companies who have achieved outstanding results in three key areas: financial, customer/market share and employee engagement results. Comparisons of high performance norms to global norms will be discussed along with the differences that set high performing companies apart from the rest.
