Ajarn Daysha Hampton Candidate, MA International Development. In 2007, Daysha set out for India, where she studied at Yoga Vidya Gurukul under the Bihar School of Yoga and completed her 200hr RYT. She also completed a course on Ayurveda in India and a Yoga for Therapy course in Boise. She began her Theravada Buddhist study in Thailand during 2005 with the venerable Thai Buddhist monk, Dr. Chatree & recently returned to Thailand to complete a 2-week silent meditation study with her Teacher's Abbot. She stayed and studied in monasteries and ashrams in Southeast Asia and India, including but not limited to the OSHO ashram, Amma's ashram, Shivananda Ashram, BKS Iyengar's ashram along with other ashrams in Rishikesh, India. In 2007, she attended the 14th Dalai Lama's Annual Spring Teachings in Dharamsala, India, and took her Bodhisattva vows. Daysha has studied philosophy and meditation under Theravada & Tibetan Buddhism, Hindu, Zen and Yogic traditions.
Dr Phra Chatree Hemapandha P.H.D. Thai Buddhist Monk from the Suan Mokh Monastery in South Thailand. Teacher of Buddhism at Rangsit University, Thailand 2005. Dr Chatree opens meditation centers around the world. Currently Dr Chatree is directing three meditation centers in Thailand, one he opened in St Petersburg, Russia, and, has in the workings, an international meditation center in Bangkok. Dr Chatree is a member, and will be speaking, at the International Buddhism Conference in Bangkok held in May every year.
