New York, NY (PRWEB) October 23, 2009
Nest Seekers International, a NYC based full-service real estate firm, announced the grand opening of its Midtown East corporate office in Manhattan. The new 4,000-square-foot office opened on October 19th, 2009 and is located at 415 Madison Avenue. It will house 50 additional top Nest Seekers agents, as well as the Private Brokerage division, which handles very confidential and high-end transactions.
Nest Seekers is one of the few real estate firms expanding in this market, while many other companies continue to lose market share. Nest Seekers Vice President, Alon Chadad, states "the recession has actually had an opposite affect on Nest Seekers and we continue to grow everyday. We have had a very strong year and will continue to show our effectiveness and strength in the competitive real estate market."
A main reason for Nest Seekers growth is a result of client satisfaction. "Our clients are accustomed to the highest level of service and professionalism, and with over decades of combined experience in every sector of the real estate industry, Nest Seekers provides the smartest and most technologically advance platform in New York to serve real estate needs," states Moshe Balalo, Nest Seekers Vice President.
Founded by CEO Eddie Shapiro, Nest Seekers International also has Manhattan offices at 2190 Broadway between 77th and 78th streets, 20 East 49th Street, 55 Christopher Street in the West Village, as well as space at 47-44 Vernon Boulevard in Long Island City, East Hampton and at 1221 Brickell Avenue in Miami.
