Award-winning recruiter and career strategist Kathy Graham is presenting Career Strategies for Your Future™, her workshop that is the group adaptation of a program originally created at the request of the CFA Society of Chicago. That program sold out repeatedly.

"A career can grow in any environment, including this one," Graham points out. "This workshop shows you how."
During this workshop, attendees will learn:
- The Six Steps to Career Success Strategy™ and how to apply them to career goals in any industry: finance, marketing, high tech, health care, engineering, accounting, legal, etc.
- Situation Strategies - successful strategies that will propel your career forward whether you are in career transition, employed, entrepreneur, underemployed, or unemployed.
- Career Success Scripting™ so that you can engage people in positions of power to grow your career or your firm.
Each attendee will also receive valuable take-home reference materials and a copy of Graham's Manual of Style for Resumes and Cover Letters. This just released book is a step-by-step guide to transforming a resume into a powerful marketing tool that really sells you. It includes numerous side-by-side "before" and "after" examples drawn from Graham's real world files that show you how to fix resume errors, what the Eight Essentials are, what your summary must contain, and how to handle special situations such as career transition, job hopping, recent graduate, and unemployment. There is also a detailed chapter on how to write an effective cover letter and why most cover letters today do not present the individual in the best light.
"In the current business environment, a resume is more than an informational sheet. Rather, it must be an effective marketing tool that clearly showcases career achievements," she adds.
