New Xulon book will jumpstart everybody's walk with Jesus

Several years ago, Xulon Press author Kelly Beason received a call on her life to write Amazing Moments with the Savior ($14.99, paperback, 978-1-61579-228-3; $22.99, hardcover, 978-1-61579-229-0). These stories of her salvation--which she likens to a modern day book of Acts--depict truly life-changing encounters with God, and readers will be able to see evidence of her salvation as the resurrected Savior and Lord works through her to bless others. It is her sincere hope that readers will, as a result, place their trust in Him for an abundant, purposeful, and eternal life--and that their walk with Jesus will be jumpstarted.

"I hope readers will quit going through the motions of Christianity without Christ," the author says. "May they be amazed and put their trust in Jesus and enter into a remarkable and passionate personal relationship with Him. May they have their amazing moment with the Savior after reading about mine. I want to make Jesus real to [them]. I hope they will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe [in] Him. Seek and you'll find Him."

Beason, a mom and Christian radio host, was called by God to minister on WJIA 88.5 FM, and for five years she has been recording and broadcasting her own material for the daily "Beason Bit" segment. Through her radio ministry--as with this book--she hopes to jumpstart and refresh the listener as they begin each new day.

Kelly Beason is married to Steve and has four children, Wesley, Chad, Colten, and Anna Claire.
