For the first time, The Philadelphia Business Journal has recognized Vynamic as one of the 'Best Places to Work' in the region for creating a positive work environment for employees. Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) October 26, 2009 -- For the first time, The Philadelphia Business Journal has recognized Vynamic as one of the 'Best Places to Work' in the region for creating a positive work environment for employees. The Best Places to Work Program ranks the top employers in the Greater Philadelphia region according to scores given to the companies by their own workers.

"Here at Vynamic, we value creativity and are constantly encouraging our team members to think creatively for each other and our clients," said Dan Calista, founder and CEO of Vynamic. "We are so proud to be recognized along with some of Philadelphia's most respected companies for something we've known a long time - that our team members create the kind of business environment where they and their colleagues can grow, collaborate, and be fulfilled personally and professionally. We look forward to building on this tradition together."

The healthcare management consulting company was one of more then 277 to be nominated during the summer. During the month of July, employees at the nominated companies completed a survey based on the following criteria: employer trust, job satisfaction, benefits, communication, and engagement. The results were then analyzed by The Philadelphia Business Journal's research partner, Quantum Market Research.

Vynamic's dedication to being a great place to work is evident in a number of innovative programs that engage and development its employee team. The company hosts monthly employee events that have included sushi making, art studios, and a Segway tour of Philadelphia. To represent how Vynamic empowers their consultants, each member of the team personalizes the Vynamic logo on their business cards with their individual color. The company also encourages team members to have active lives outside of work and encourages volunteering at the Vynamic Learning Center in North Philly or other organizations.

"A positive workplace is never more important then in a down economy," said Business Journal Associate Editor Sonja Sherwood. "Happy employees are more productive, less stressed, and better able to innovate on products and serve customers."

Vynamic, along with other highest-scoring finalists, were named at an awards ceremony on October 15th at the Pyramid Club in Center City, Philadelphia, PA.
