Extreme hot sauce company, Ashley Foods teams up with Jake's Dixie Roadhouse for a Mad, Mad, Mad Dog Hot Food Feast.

David Ashley, creator of the Mad Dog 357 Extreme Hot Sauces, is teaming up with Jake's Dixie Roadhouse on Thursday, October 29, 2009 for a night of intense flavor, burn, and challenge to those who dare. Booked as the 'Mad, Mad, Mad Dog Hot Party,' the event that starts at 7:00pm will include a specially created menu complete with such plates as Final Rights Chicken, Hell Fire Habanero Sausage, and Grilled Liquid Fire Shrimp Skewers.

Topping the night's bill of fare will be extreme wings made with Ashley's Mad Dog 357 hot sauces. For all the brave souls who feel they're up for the challenge, the night of fiery foods will also include an extreme hot wing eating contest made with some of the hottest sauces on the planet including the Mad Dog 357 line of products.

"There's going to be something for everyone at Jake's that night," said David Ashley, master crafter of Mad Dog extreme hot sauces. "A lot of people like testing their ability to take the heat, while even more love watching those take the dare and get burned. Search Mad Dog 357 sauce on YouTube and people get the idea."

Prizes will be awarded to those who can take the most heat. Ashley Foods and Jake's Roadhouse will also be capturing video of the daring individuals who attempt to down foods made with sauces measured by millions of heat units called Scoville's. For those who need to cool down, the menu will also feature what Ashley calls a good antidote, 'creamsicles.'
