Vancouver, BC (Vocus/PRWEB ) October 27, 2009 -- Goldfish Pacific Kitchen brings back its extremely popular lunch service starting Thursday, November 12, 2009 – providing business patrons and food lovers a place to enjoy fine dining flavours at an affordable price during a busy part of the day. The Pacific Rim-inspired restaurant will serve a specially designed menu from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., including the renowned daily $10 ‘gold plates,’ with all the signature flare found in their regular award-winning menus.

Goldfish’s array of lunch items cater to both small and large appetites, from the Crispy Tofu with chile jam and spiced hoisin to Goldfish’s famous Tiger Beer Battered Fish & Chips with mint coriander puree, napa cabbage coleslaw and aioli. The $10 ‘gold plates’ include the Shiitake Mushroom Meatloaf made with tomato hoisin jam, a confit of white shallots, and roasted garlic jus, and the Pan Roasted Chicken Breast made with bacon, thyme and ginger baked apples.
