Forbes dubbed Aliso Viejo, which encompasses 7 square miles, as one of America's Top 25 Towns to Live Well thanks to its easy access to some of the state's nicest beaches along with its dynamic start-up business environment that attracts $1,246 venture capital dollars per capita. The Orange County Register in September reported Aliso Viejo being the "hottest" Orange County, California market for selling homes because homes in the City sell in less than a month.
