Local Property Manager Attends National Leadership Program With The Disney Institute at NARPM Convention

John Bailey, of Elite Properties of Maryland in Baltimore, just returned from the 2009 National Association of Residential Property Managers Annual Convention and Trade Show earning the New Member of the Year Award.

John Bailey of Elite Properties of Maryland, a local leader in the residential property management field just returned from the 2009 National Association of Residential Property Managers Annual Convention and Trade Show. While there he took part in the world renowned Leadership Program with the Disney Institute.

The Disney Institute Leadership Program provides attendees with hands on learning experiences conducted by trainers schooled in providing excellent leadership and service. The program was packed with practical tips, advanced knowledge and the opportunity for professional and personal growth.

The National Association of Residential Property Managers is the nation's only professional organization that is dedicated solely to enhancing the professionalism and ethics of residential property management industry. The organization has membership of over 2500 from across the country. Over 500 members were in attendance. In addition to leaving with extra knowledge and insights on the industry, John also walked away with being recognized as the New Member of the Year. Though only a member for nine months, John has showed his dedication by re-establishing the local Baltimore Chapter, electing a board, doubling its membership and putting the chapter back in compliance with national. John is currently the president of the Baltimore Washington Chapter which meets monthly in Crofton.
