Recently, Samii Ryan landed the Principle role of Amanda in "Blue Valentine", a SAG Feature Film, Starring Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams. Samii's role is directly opposite Ryan, a thrill for any new actress. Once on the set, the Directors and Producers continuously expanded Samii's role and now she is anticipated to have a very prominent role in the film. Samii also just finished filming a scene for Wall Street 2 and has been cast for a lead role in another SAG Film.
Also, continuing the trend, MMG's ever popular Dawn Richard formerly of the "Platinum Recording" group Danity Kane and MTV's "Making the Band" booked a SAG Feature Film and MMG's "America's Next Top Model" Sheena Santana appeared on "Gossip Girls" and auditioned for "Victoria's Secrets".
MMG's two new most promising models, Cassidy Foley and Alexa Benk, also landed a Pilot for a New Modeling TV Reality Show that includes among its' cast Neil Hamill the former President of Elite Models and a former Director of Ford Models New York. With two of the three models coming from MMG (NYMMG), the trend of crossover talent from Modeling to TV continues. In the past, MMG- Model Management Group models have appeared on numerous segments of Project Runway and America's Next Top Model.
