Parc Huron, a luxury apartment development under construction in Chicago's River North neighborhood, celebrated its "topping off" ceremony today with principals of M&R Development, RMK Management Corp., Walsh Construction, a variety of vendors, and the Chicago community.

Huron celebrated its "topping off" ceremony today. Principals of project developers M&R Development and RMK Management Corp. joined representatives of Walsh Construction, a variety of vendors, the Chicago community and others to celebrate the traditional building industry practice that recognizes the milestone of pouring the last bucket of concrete on the top of the building.
