A spokesman from the statewide Tax Cannabis 2010 campaign will be available for press inquiries at the State Assembly Public Safety Committee hearing on legalizing and taxing cannabis (marijuana) in California on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.

Sacramento, CA (PRWEB) October 27, 2009 -- A spokesman from the statewide Tax Cannabis 2010 campaign will be available for press inquiries at the State Assembly Public Safety Committee hearing on legalizing and taxing cannabis (marijuana) in California on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.

Campaign proponent and spokesman Jeff Jones will be attending the hearing, and will be available for press questions at the end of the hearing at 1 pm.

The hearing, entitled "Examining the Fiscal and Legal Implication of the Legalization and Regulation of Marijuana," will be chaired by Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, author of AB 390, which would legalize and tax cannabis in California.
