DimePlace.com Is The New Free Website Featuring Beautiful Men & Women From Around The World.
A new free modernized website that allows the world to decide who is beautiful and gives individuals exposure.
Fort Wayne, IN (PRWEB) November 3, 2009 -- Beautiful people can be rated, users can network, stay in touch with others, and even gain popularity on this website. So kind of think about it as an American Idol on the computer for beautiful people. Except for the fact that this website is not only dealing with America, it is dealing with all countries in the world.
“While coming up with the concept of DimePlace.com we particularly kept in mind beautiful people and their aspirations of becoming noticed or just simply gaining exposure. Fider is referring to the exposure that they will gain because each month a Female & Male are chosen as “Dime of the Month” and are then featured for an entire month on the home page of the website. The “Dime of the Month’s” are chosen based on the users average rating and their overall rates and they are also kept on the websites archives forever for the world to see. “We envision DimePlace becoming the #1 site to network, directory for the world's most beautiful men and women, and website to gain exposure,” added Fider
Users are allowed to upload up to 8 photos of themselves on DimePlace.com to their portfolio area. However, they must abide by the website photo guidelines that are in place to keep all the pictures that are uploaded classy. The photo guidelines require that only one person be shown in the picture and it must be a clear picture of the persons face so that the world can clearly see who they are voting for. “We don’t want the fact that you can be rated to cause anyone to be intimidated to join because you have within your account area the option whether to be available for rating or not. So you can simply join for networking purposes as well,” said other website owner Kenneth Williams, referring to the fact that when joining DimePlace.com a user does not have to be rated if they do not want to.
The website is set to allow a user to only vote for a DimePlace member once per day but users also have the opportunity to send their unique portfolio link to everyone they know each day to encourage the people they know to rate them to assist in their efforts each month in trying to win the title of “Dime of the Month.”
A website specifically targeting beautiful men and women could cause a controversy of the talks of encouraging conceitedness but the site owners are not worried about that. “We aren’t worried about the talks behind the objective of our site. As a matter of fact we encourage the talks so that our users will gain even more exposure across the world, because conceited is the new confident,” Fider said.
