Ecole François Buote Embraces Digital Signage to Educate and Inform Students and Staff

French Language School credits ScreenScape's low-cost, ease-of-use as key drivers for adoption of technology

Charlottetown, PE  (PRWEB) November 9, 2009 -- Ecole François Buote has recently joined ScreenScape, an Internet-based Venue Networking solution to power screen displays within the school.

“We use ScreenScape to promote events, to send out reminders, to promote school clubs, to boast participation, and to share all kinds of fun, interesting and educational content. This technology can be very beneficial in promoting our student’s achievements and inspiring others to do the same,” said Sylvain Gagne, Principal at Ecole François Buote.

Ecole François Buote has strategically placed screen displays within their school. "The winning factor for ScreenScape over other digital signage solutions was the low cost. As a high school with a limited budget, we didn’t have the option to create our own branded media network before this. ScreenScape allows us to completely program our own content and $9.99 a month works well with our budget,” Gagne continued.

A ScreenScape basic account was designed for smaller organizations looking for a simple and cost-effective way to run a screen display. Members of basic accounts become part of a ScreenScape Community – the window to a host of shared content and a directory of fellow ScreenScape members - all representing a potential cross-marketing or promotional opportunities.

Mark Hemphill, ScreenScape Founder, remarked, “It is wonderful to welcome a Francophone school like Ecole François Buote to the ScreenScape Community. We now have a number of both private and public schools using ScreenScape and we are committed to establishing an even stronger presence within the academic community across North America. ScreenScape is a great fit for any educational institution interested in enhancing communication with the student body and creating ties with its greater community. ScreenScape is flexible enough to facilitate the deployment of a coordinated, fully-branded display network that contributes positively to campus life without breaking the budget."
