According to Anand, the panel discussion, "Quest for a World Class Accountability Framework for a Worldwide Organization: Case for the United Nations," will address a common dilemma. "Although we have a global economy, individual countries have disparate standards and regulations," Anand said. "Our panel discussion will provide professionals with concrete ways to approach creating a framework for accountability that is in alignment with worldwide best practices."
Anand lauded Gursel's accomplishments throughout Gursel's career. "He has served as the senior internal auditor with the World Health Organization, the investigative team leader of a variety of fraud or suspected fraud cases, and has been instrumental in setting up European institutions to combat fraud," said Anand. "We are proud to count him among the GRC Group's Most Valuable Players."
