New Hip-Hop music sensation C.KhiD is nearing 1 Million views to his official Youtube Channel. Thanks to the World Star Hip-Hop and IndieHipHop.net leaking his debut Hip-hop video "I Want This World," it seems the new Hip-Hop star is going global before his first single is on radio.
Mauldin, SC (PRWEB) November 10, 2009 -- New Hip-Hop music sensation C.KhiD is closing in on 1 million youtube video views thanks to single "I Want This World." The South Carolina rapper's freestyle performances, new Hip Hop music videos, and comedy skits have garnered him attention around the globe. Using his humble attitude and sense of humor to attract fans, the 'just have fun' approach has on-line Hip-Hop music fans buzzing about the relatable unsigned talent.
"I am a Greenvillian all day but spent parts of my childhood in small town Abbeville, Georgia. At 18 I moved to NYC, living in Jersey City, Queens, and on E.91st nearly 5 years. I've always found love and inspiration amongst the working class people and that's what my music is about," says C.KhiD of himself.
Born into music, C.KhiD was birthed to a household that used the art form as an escape during times of struggle. By the 3rd grade he was on school chorus and soon after, the city. Post elementary, C.KhiD began to develop his rap act writing lyrics and mimicking popular names.
"I never believed it could be a career. Nobody from South Carolina was big so it wasn't a dream I could have but it was fun. It was not until SoundClick, Myxer, www.IndieHipHop.net, and Youtube did features on my new song "I Want This World" that my Dream turned on," says the new Hip-Hop music artist on his return.
With over 1 million plays to his music on-line, C.KhiD has launched www.ckhid.com and gives fans free CDs and logo T-shirts-shirts promo packets weekly .
C.KhiD is using his raps, logo, and Youtube videos to virally spread the idea of living your dreams. Mailing Hip-hop radio stations across the east coast, he is pushing the viral effect of his music through air waves. Without the money or assistance of a major label, he still aims to open beneficial relationships with radio station programmers and on-air personalities across the country.
"I'm waiting for the day Funkmaster Flex drops a bomb on me. I know the nation will hear me then," says the rising emcee before ending talks needing to attend to business.
