Following the success of the food tastings at Sedano's Supermarkets, Ethnic Brazil prepares for another opportunity to introduce Brazilian Flavors to a broader U.S. market. Franco-Suissa Group / Aref Company Wins Best in Show for ethnic food: Açai Jelly

Miami, FL (PRWEB) November 9, 2009 -- The Brazilian Food and Beverage Association (ABBA) announced the exhibition of Brazilian Flavors at the Americas Food Show to be held November 9-10 at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The show is a culmination of the exotic food, drink, snack and tropical flavor tastings similar to the highly successful sampling events, which were held at various South Florida Sedano's supermarket location. ABBA created in 2003 an ethnic products project and has been receiving technical and financial support for its promotional activities from APEX Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).

ABBA recently partnered with Sedano's Supermarkets to host a sampling and food tasting event at select stores. The event called Brazilian Flavors included recipes and easy to serve dishes to make at home. Sedano's Supermarket shoppers also had an opportunity to participate in a giveaway of 50 VIP tickets for the IndyCar Championship race in Homestead sponsored by APEX in hopes of increasing exports to key US markets such as Miami.
