The enhancement will benefit M+Archive and M+Guardian customers with simplified administration management, provisioning and delegation of routine tasks.
Designed to allow the delegation of simplified account management and provisioning to non-technical users, such as Human Resource or Help Desk personnel, eControl is compatible with GroupWise, eDirectory, Exchange, and Active Directory. Beyond faster and simpler management of routine tasks, eControl will also provide full auditing capabilities for all configuration changes – this is an important value-add and critical component of any Compliance initiative.
