Pittsburgh, PA (PRWEB) November 11, 2009 -- InventHelp®, America's leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from Colfax, Calif., has designed a kit that would assist in starting fires. This invention is patented and a prototype is available.
The "Fire Starter" could help start campfires, wood stoves, fireplaces or burn piles. The unit would feature a lightweight, compact design which would even function at full capacity during rainy conditions. The portable and easy-to-use design could provide a convenient accessory for outdoor enthusiasts or homeowners. The unit could eliminate the use of lighter fluid, which would increase the safety aspect when around children.
The Fire Starter would consist of a kit that would measure approximately three inches high, 12-inches long and four inches wide. The unit could be producible from recycled materials such as cardboard, wax, wood shavings and a segmented container similar in design to an egg carton. A user would break off one segment of the kit and place it in the fire pit, fireplace, wood stove or burn pile. The user would then place kindling on top of the segment and light the fire.
InventHelp® is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor.
