US Army says “Aloha” to Ventraq with TMS Project
Ventraq NetPlus® telemanagement solution selected by U.S. Army to reduce cost and increase efficiency by consolidating TMS operations at Hawaiian base
Gaithersburg, MD (PRWEB) November 10, 2009 -– Ventraq – a leading provider of telemanagement, event data transformation and business insight solutions for service providers and enterprise environments – today announced the United States Army has awarded Ventraq its telemanagement system (TMS) consolidation project for the Army’s Hawaiian base.
Harnessing the integrated approach of the Ventraq enterprise TMS solution, NetPlus®, the Hawaiian deployment allows the U.S. Army to consolidate day-to-day telephony management and telecommunication system data transfer among its Hawaiian installations including Fort Shafter, Tripler Army Medical Center and Schofield Barracks.
NetPlus will allow the U.S. Army to manage its Hawaiian telecommunications system from a central, integrated interface and achieve increased efficiency, lower maintenance costs and greatly reduce its internal billing workload with an automation scheme that replaces its current, highly labor intensive process.
