When combined with the existing Text Export feature, creating multiple variations of a survey is simple. Instead of having to create a new, customized survey for each target group, an existing survey can be exported, modified and re-imported seamlessly. For example, users can export an existing Customer Satisfaction or Employee Satisfaction survey and use search and replace to quickly insert a new product name or new contact information to update the survey. Researchers who work in teams can now benefit from cut-and-paste collaboration on existing surveys without having to re-type their questions into the standard Zoomerang interface.
The new Zoomerang Text Import feature is included with all Zoomerang subscriptions, with full capability offered to Premium subscribers.
