Three Scala-based digital signage networks were recognized at the 2009 DIGI Award's held in New York. The DIGI Awards aim to honor the resellers, integrators and service providers who have excelled at developing successful projects for their clients, and advancing the digital signage industry as a whole. The award for Best New Content Management Software/Web-based (SaaS) went to Thinking Screen Media for its SignChannel product, also powered by Scala software.
