Society of Digital Agencies Continues International Expansion

SoDA unConference at Art Director's Club NYC

It's exciting to hear some of the most accomplished digital agencies in the business envision where the market is going, with input from both competitors and peers.

The Society of Digital Agencies (SoDA) continues to expand internationally with the addition of ten new members to its roster. The new members are BEAM, EffectiveUI, Enlighten, Fjord West, Fullhouse, Geary Interactive, HUGE, Magnani Caruso Dutton, Reactive and Zemoga.

This adds SoDA member agencies in 10 various cities throughout the U.S.; several agencies in Vancouver, BC; another agency in Australia; and now Bogota, Colombia—increasing the group to 41 total agencies across Australia, Canada, Eastern and Western Europe, Mexico, South America and the United States.

SoDA membership is by invitation only. The organization has tripled its numbers since forming in 2008.

As an organization, SoDA strives to facilitate open discussions between digital and traditional agencies as well as brand marketers and clients for the betterment of the entire digital advertising and communication industry.

Most recently, SoDA held the latest in their ongoing series of “unConferences” at the Art Director’s Club in New York City, where attendees of all kinds came to share ideas, network, and spend an afternoon engaged in conversations unique to the digital agency industry.

"It's great to see our new members, and particularly our international members, share in the conversations about new industry standards and best practices. The energy and transparency in this group is remarkable."

SoDA membership involves contributing and volunteering to work on behalf of the entire digital advertising industry. The newest round of members will be joining a group of many well-known agencies: 360i, AgencyNet, Big Spaceship, Blitz, BLOC, Colossal Squid, Deep Focus, Domani Studios, Evolution Bureau, Exopolis, Firstborn, GRAPE, Great Fridays, Gringo, GrupoW, IE, IQ Interactive, Mekanism, Obscura Digital, Odopod, Profero, R/GA, Rain, Schematic, SOAP Creative, Soleil Noir, Struck-Axiom, Terralever, Unit 9, WDDG-Funtank, and WhittmanHart.
