Local Plumber Offers A Unique Referral Program

David Heffner, with Heffner and Associates, LLC, has developed a unique reward for customer referrals. Anyone that refers work to David will receive a miniature Toto toilet with their name on it.

"I was surprised to discover that a customer was interested in obtaining a miniature toilet for his annual Halloween party to use it as a dip bowl", said Heffner. This is what prompted the idea of offering the miniature as part of his referral program. In addition, the customer referred will receive a $25.00 discount.

The first recipient of a personalized Toto toilet came from an existing customer, David Green, pictured here with his miniature Toto toilet.
