Technic Announces Purchase of Control Engineering Division Assets of Metfab Technologies, Inc.

Technic Equipment Division is pleased to announce that it has purchased the Control Engineering Division assets of Metfab Technologies, Inc. As part of the transaction, Ray Glew will join Technic Equipment Division as Control Engineering Manager.
