FPMI Solutions, Inc. has launched a new learning portal to provide more comprehensive and cost-effective training solutions to government agencies and public servants. The Federal Management Institute offers traditional classroom training, self-paced online learning, webinars, and blended learning solutions designed specifically for federal clients. The broad array of off-the-shelf learning program offerings (approximately 250) are presented in the course catalog at the Federal Management Institute website.

Based on 24 years experience providing training solutions to the government, FPMI designed the Federal Management Institute to address several training issues that the federal sector is facing. First, with an ever-increasing workforce that is dispersed across many locations, the need is to provide live instructor-led training to multiple sites via a virtual classroom. Second, budget constraints are always a problem, so there is a need to deliver the training more cost effectively. Additionally, to make staff more productive, the time required for many of the current training solutions needs to be reduced. The Federal Management Institute addresses these issues while enhancing the quality of the learning outcomes.

FPMI's overall goal was to create a learning portal that provided effective and efficient learning solutions that were flexible enough to meet the ever-changing training needs of federal clients.
