All Things Photography have launched their exciting new "social media" private members training section for digital photographers,, and are offering a large, ongoing discount and slashed fees on all new memberships created for their opening month of December 2009.

All Things Photography have today launched ATP Members, the private membership online training website for photographers of all abilities. The website aims to be the most useful and helpful "hands on" learning tool for photographers on the web.

The site includes extensive written versions of the popular offline courses run by All Things Photography:

  •     Absolute Beginners Training for Digital Photography

Written tutorials, sample images and more than 3 hours of video tutorials offering training and a real insight into the DSLR or bridge camera and the very basics of digital photography, photo editing and computers in general. It also eases new digital photographers into the realms of composition, lighting, camera settings, exposure, metering, subjects/topics and so on.

  •     DSLR Training

The next stage up with written tutorials, sample images and 3.5 hours of video training going into more advanced aspects and details of the DSLR including cameras, lenses, lighting, settings, composition, metering, digital imaging and much, much more. DSLR Training is for those people who have either just got their first DSLR or had one for a while and wish to improve their techniques and possibly move ahead either professionally or personally with their photography.

  •     Stock Photography Training

A huge, in depth section which ATP says "covers everything you need to know to shoot, edit, upload and sell stock photography images online and create a residual income". This section has written tutorials, sample images and 3.5 hours of video training on all aspects of selling stock photography including what to shoot and how to shoot it, which agencies to upload to and how, how to get accepted first time and of course, how much photographers can earn! ATP says "This course is for anyone and everyone with a DSLR and a lens regardless of current standard".

  •     Wedding Photography Training will also include the entire set of Wedding Photography Blueprint DVD's, eBook and interviews to view online for all members which includes over 6 hours of video training! For photographers that are thinking of shooting weddings for friends, a weekend vocation or a full time career, these tutorials will lead them through the entire process in an easy to understand way. Designed for anyone wanting to break into this lucrative career.

  •     Additional, Ongoing Training Including Business Tips

As the site grows, so will the specialised content with input from the members according to ATP. They say they will listen to their members before adding fresh content meaning that members have a say in what they really want to study and learn before it is added.

On top of all the existing content to get stuck into, the interactive website has many features that will not only keep its members busy, it will also allow them to communicate with each other as well as with professional photographers for guidance and help as they become better and more advanced photographers, whether in a business or personal environment.

Some other features of the website include:

  •     Members own webpage and profile
  •     Members personal blogs, podcasts and articles open to the world
  •     Live question and answer sessions
  •     Live web video chat
  •     Members own galleries where they can upload their images for professional critique and comments
  •     Teleconferencing
  •     Bonuses and competitions
  •     and a lot more besides...

All full access plus members will also get help with their private businesses and website by way of a full promotional, SEO focussed advertising page at All Things Photography which will include a gallery/slideshow and links to their website(s) during their membership term.

Nick Stubbs, the founder and professional photographer behind ATP Members says,

"We wanted the entire ethics of ATP Members to be built around our existing business model by giving honest, extensive and professional tutorials, training, help and advice to its members. People looking to join should know that all you need to enjoy your stay and progress with us is a camera and lens to start off with. Plus, all videos are made using equipment that is accessible to most people.

We don't use huge professional studios, overly expensive kit, locations, props or models. We assume that most people looking to improve or earn money with photography will not have access to a professional studio or exotic locations, but even those that do will benefit from the techniques shown.

We are also trying to make the site more of a social media photography website where members can be in constant communication with each other and the ATP Members team, plus have plenty to keep them busy within the members section".

So, whether photographers, amateur or pro, are looking to learn all about their new DSLR, improve their photography, make a full time living from it or simply make friends worldwide with the same interests as them, may be the answer.

Remember, one lucky new member will receive a brand new 8gb iPod Touch in a raffle to be drawn on the 31st December! For more information on the memberships available and excellent affiliate program.
