IT Resource, Inc. announced today the achievement of becoming a Cisco® Premier Certified Partner. In order to achieve Premier Certification, IT Resource was required to meet Cisco standards for networking competency, service, support and customer satisfaction. “This certification allows us to help our customers on a whole new level. As a Cisco Premier Certified Partner, IT Resource demonstrates a range of technical expertise. In order to achieve Premier Certification, IT Resource was required to achieve Cisco Express Foundation Specialization. This specialization includes testing technical competency in the integration of basic routing and switching, wireless LANs and security technologies. In addition to the Express Foundation Specialization, IT Resource was also required to integrate Cisco Lifecycle Services into their offerings and demonstrate high levels of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction was measured using independently audited customer satisfaction surveys.
The Cisco Resale Channel Program provides partners with the training required to build sales, technical and Cisco Lifecycle Service skills. Cisco Resale Partner Certifications – Select, Premier, Silver and Gold – represent an increasing breadth of skills across key technologies, as well as a partner’s ability to deliver integrated networking solutions.
