On Thanksgiving Day, put the usual stress of preparing a home-cooked meal aside and simply enjoy spending time with family and friends at the hotel’s two delicious Florence, AL restaurants. The Bronzeback Café and 360 Grille are offering a lunch buffet from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., respectively. At Bronzeback, the price for adults is $25.95; for seniors, $18.95; for children age 6 to 12, $10.95; and children under age 5 are complimentary. The price for adults dining at 360 Grille is $45 and children under age 12 will dine for $15.

In December, the Shoals will be full of the Christmas spirit. On Dec. 12 and 19, children can make last minute wish list requests while eating breakfast with Santa. The Shoals will be serving high tea from Dec. 21 to 24 for $5. All proceeds will be donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The Bronzeback Café is serving a traditional feast on Christmas Day from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The price for adults is $25.95; for seniors, $18.95; for children age 6 to 12, $10.95; and children under age 5 are complimentary. Special rates and Florence, Alabama, hotel specials will also be available for those reserving rooms in the conference center on Christmas Day.

The Shoals promises to rock all night on New Year’s Eve with music starting at 9 p.m. Enjoy dinner specials at 360 Grille, Bronzeback Café and Swampers before dancing the night away to The Midnighters, The Dylan Hodges Trio and DJs playing 80s party music and Disco. Guests will receive bar specials all evening and constant door prizes will be given away as well. Tickets are available now at the hotel front desk for $10 and will be $15 at the door. The event sold out last year, so be sure to make plans in advance. Those planning to spend the night will receive a room package including tickets to the countdown extravaganza.
